I've had these for a few months now and they're still in great shape. No cracks, nothing coming loose, and they just feel really solid overall. Happy with them.

I tried to get help with the warranty, but it never really went anywhere. My brother even told me to follow up again, but the support just didn’t come through. Disappointing experience overall.

Just a quick warning for anyone thinking about ordering from JET Pedals: the site isn’t terrible, but it’s definitely annoying to navigate. Pages loaded fine for me, but trying to find basic details took way more clicks than it should. A few buttons weren’t very clear, and the checkout process felt clunky enough that I almost gave up. Not the worst website I’ve used, but don’t expect a smooth experience.

It covers my sounds well, overall, and I’ve been happy with the range of tones I can get out of it.

Most of the pedals I was checking out were actually in stock, which was a nice surprise. Availability was easy to see on the site too, so didn’t have to click around guessing what was still available.
Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that one color I wanted was sold out. Still ended up finding a solid alternative, and checkout went smoothly.

I really wanted to like this right away, and I mean it does work now, so there’s that. But wow, the setup took way longer than I expected. The docs felt a little bare, like they explained some parts but then suddenly I was guessing what to do next. Maybe I missed something, but still, a few screenshots or clearer examples would’ve saved me a bunch of back and forth. Once it was finally running, it was fine, but the whole first impression was rougher than I hoped

I ordered from jetpedals.com and the product itself was fine once it finally showed up, but getting it was frustrating. Shipping took way longer than I expected, and it felt like there were too many steps just to figure out where my order was. Nothing major wrong with the item, but the whole waiting and checking process got annoying.

The pedals themselves were fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was thin, there was barely any padding, and one corner was crushed when it arrived. I feel like I shouldn’t have to keep explaining that stuff this price should be packed better. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely felt rushed.

Got a pedal from JET Pedals. Sound is really nice. Clear. Warm. Not too noisy either, which I like. Took a bit of messing around with my amp to get it dialed in. But once I got it set, it sounded great. Solid 4 stars from me.

I mean, it was okay at first, but I ended up running into some issues and, support took way too long to get back to me. So yeah, overall it just didn’t really feel worth it.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but jetpedals actually had what I was looking for. The filters were clear, the pedal info was helpful, and checkout was easy—well, not just easy, quick too. I found a setup I liked without digging around forever. I’d definitely use it again...

I’ve bought similar items before for less money, and this one just didn’t measure up. It feels cheap in person, and for what I paid, I expected a lot better. The price really doesn’t make sense to me, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I picked up a pedal from jetpedals.com mainly because I liked how simple and clean the design looked. It’s not flashy-flashy or overdone, which I appreciate. In person, it looks really, really nice, and the knobs are spaced in a way that feels easy to use without having to study the labels the whole time.

I’d probably go with 4 stars just because the graphics can be a little hard to read in lower light, and I do wish the footswitch had a bit more resistance to it. Nothing major, major, but worth mentioning. Overall though, it feels well thought out and the design is definitely solid.

I had some annoying issue pop up and was expecting the usual support nonsense, but nope, they replied super fast and fixed it right away. Saved me from dealing with that dumb little headache any longer.

I ordered a specific jet pedal from jetpedals.com, but what showed up was a totally different one. The box had my name on it, so I was hopeful for about two seconds, then opened it and realized the pedal inside wasn’t even close. Disappointing.
I emailed them with photos and my order number, but it still took days to hear back. Frustrating when something as basic as sending the right item doesn’t happen. Annoying.

These pedals are decent overall. They work fine and look nice on the bike, but the quality feels a little hit or miss. After a few rides, one piece started feeling slightly loose, and there were already a couple small marks in the finish right out of the box, that part was weird. They’re still totally usable, but I was expecting them to feel a bit sturdier
